Shipping Policies
Domestic shipments are generally process within 2-3 business days of your order. All orders are shipped FREE (unless shipping was upgraded by the customer) via US Post Service First Class mail which generally delivers within 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number from AM.Co To the email address you have provided, once your package is on its way. We are not able to ship order to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All orders will be processed as they are received. If an item is pre-order, AM.co
Concierge will contact you with an estimated date. Delivery times for items not currently in stock can be between 1-5 weeks, if the item is ready before the scheduled window we will ship the item as soon as it’s completed.
Shipping time on personalized items can very between 4-8 weeks and sometimes can have unexpected delays. Each item is handcrafted and takes time to perfect. Once the item arrives in the US it then takes 2-5 days for you to receive the order Thank you in advance for your patience.
